I-Rent is a highly affordable platform that only requires an attractive start up rate and which is from then on scalable with rates and fees per ad or per booking.

Rates of the basic features*
- start up rate € 995,-- once
- yearly licence fee € 199,-- from the second year
- booking fee € 0,95 per night of the period booked for
with a maximum of € 13,30 per booking

** Info possibly provided by I-Rent depending on the geographic situation of the accommodation.
*** At present there are almost 40 I-Rent portals. The number of I-Rent portals you can select to advertise your accommodations on depends on their geographic situation and features.
**** Service rate charged by I-Rent to the accommodation administrator for providing the service. The website administrator may ask the accommodation administrator for a commission. In case of bookings made from EuroRelais or Casamundo the service rate does not apply, only the commission agreed upon for the these sites independently.
***** Fee of € 15,-- for translations up to 250 words from and into English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch; as from 250 words: € 0.15 per word; translations from and into other languages and other types of text: on demand.
