For only € 150 per year (approximately € 12,50 per month), you can use I-Rent's websites to offer your holiday home for rent. We offer holiday homes for rent throughout all of Europe and in 5 languages: Dutch, English, French, Spanish, and German.
The advantages of working with I-Rent don't just stop at the listing of your holiday home. I-Rent also offers you an online administration system where you can manage and control everything that has to do with the rental of your home. We arrange exposure of your accommodation across many different websites via the European search engines and also make sure that the accommodation reaches your target market. With our goal-oriented investments in (amongst others) Google, we are almost always listed amongst the first search results.
Our payment system is simple. You pay a fixed amount per year, and that is all! No commissions, no hidden costs.
Extras
It is possible to distribute your advertisement in 5 languages: Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish. If you have your own translations already, you can add them to the system yourself using your login code. I-Rent also offers a translation service into these 5 languages. For only € 15,- per language your listing will be online and translated within one working day. All you have to do is select the desired language(s) and we will handle the rest for you.

Requirements
An e-mail address
You must upload a minimum of 3 pictures of the accommodation - this ties in with the "feel" of our websites
A description of the accommodation
We unfortunately cannot accept links to other websites
You must be a PRIVATE owner, not an organisation or business (if you are a business, please see the information for rental companies page)
Payment procedure
After signing up, you will receive a login code for the I-Rent Owners Area. You can customise your listing right away and determine the extras (such as the languages of the listing). After that, click on "Payment". We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
Payment Terms
Still not one of our clients? Register now! You will receive an a-mail with a password from us shortly. After this you can begin uploading the details of your home and creating your listing advertisement. You will have access to our online system. If you need help or do not wish to make any use of the administration system, then we can, for a small fee, administer the property for you.
