You can create collaborations with agencies working with i-rent as well as agents that do not work with i-rent but do make bookings for you.

Collaborate with agencies that work with i-rent:
1. Add the agent to your list of agents
- Go to administrator -> agents.
- On the top you click on "add agent" (not new agent as the agency already exists in the system)
- Fill in the key and click on "fill with key" and save
- The agent is now added to your list.
* The key of a company you can find in administrator information, to add them you should ask for theirs.

2. Create the collaboration:
- Go to administrator collaborations
- Define the commission you give them when they make a booking on your accommodations and click on "add new collaboration", you are now collaborating with them in the system. They should do the same on their side if this applies.

3. As they work with i-rent they can now see (not edit) your properties and the availability and make bookings for you and vice versa you can consult their offer as soon as they have added you.

Collaborate with agencies that do not work with i-rent:
1. Create the agent in your list of agents
- Go to administrator -> agents.
- On the top you click on "new agent"
- Fill in the details of this agent (the key in this case you create yourself, this is a reference for your e.g. in the agents commission chart)
2. Create the collaboration:
- Go to administrator collaborations
- Define the commission you give them when they make a booking on your accommodations and click on add new collaboration
3. If you want you can give these agencies a login for your account so they can see the properties (not edit them) and the availability and make bookings for you in your calendar directly. To give them a login you click on the spying glass.

Publishing your accommodations on the websites of collaborators (with a website powered by i-rent):
If you want to publish your property on a collaborator website go to list accommodations -> publish on collaborators websites. The property will not be published immediately and will be pending until your collaborator accepts the property on his website. The publications you can also manage from the menu "web distribution".

Para empezar vamos a dejarles los 3 pasos necesarios para publicar sus alojamientos tanto en web externas como web colaboradoras.

• Primer paso: agregar agentes de I-Rent a su sistema: Lo primero que deben hacer es ir a administrador, agentes, en la esquina superior izquierda pulsar sobre Añadir agente con I-Rent, ponemos la clave que nos ha facilitado y pulsamos en rellenar con clave, aparecerán todos los datos de dicho agente y ya puede guardarlo.
• Segundo paso: Crear la colaboración con el agente: una vez hemos añadido el agente, ahora debemos crear la colaboración y para ello vamos a administrador, colaboraciones, seleccionamos el agente con el que deseamos crear la colaboración, introducimos las comisiones en caso de tenerlas y pulsamos agregar nueva colaboración.
• Último paso: publicar en la web del agente agregado: cuando ya tenemos el agente agregado y la colaboración creada el siguiente y último paso es publicar nuestros alojamientos en su sitio web. Para ello vamos a Alojamientos, listado de alojamientos, pulsamos con el botón derecho sobre el alojamiento que queremos publicar, seleccionamos Publicar en web externas o webs colaboradoras, elegimos la web y pulsamos en publicar.
